With 495 new listings, 892 active listings, and 5.6 months of inventory, Oakville is sitting in buyer's market territory — slightly above the GTA average of 5.0 months. The SNLR of 30.8% is one of the weaker readings in Halton Region, trailing Burlington's 41.7%, which points to softer demand relative to supply at Oakville's higher price points.

On the positive side, homes still sold at 96% of list price and moved in just 36 days on average — on par with the GTA median.
