Homebaba Team Attends Schulich School of Business Alumni Event

This week, the Homebaba team had the pleasure of attending the Schulich School of Business Alumni Event—and what an experience it was! Surrounded by brilliant minds, seasoned professionals, and future-forward thinkers, we walked away not only inspired but also energized by the powerful conversations and industry insights shared throughout the day.
Event Highlights
We dove into some truly impactful sessions, including
-
The ROI in AI: Case Studies of Business Transformation and Success— A fascinating look at how AI is not just a buzzword but a real, measurable driver of business growth.
-
Pitch Perfect: Mastering the Art and Science of Persuasion— Let’s just say we’ll never look at a pitch deck the same way again.
-
The Future of Real Estate & Infrastructure: Navigating Disruption and Opportunity— This one hit especially close to home for us. With so many shifts in the real estate space, it was insightful to hear how leaders are staying agile in an evolving landscape.
The afternoon continued with a vibrant Industry Networking session from 3:00 to 3:30 pm—perfect for exchanging ideas, swapping cards, and connecting with movers and shakers across sectors.
The day wrapped up with a thought-provoking panel titled “Missing from the Headlines” (3:30–4:30 pm), where speakers peeled back the layers of trending issues that often go unreported yet shape the business world in profound ways.
Our Experience
For us at Homebaba, this event wasn’t just about showing up—it was about growing, listening, and staying at the forefront of what's next. Events like these are a reminder that innovation is not just about tech; it's about people, purpose, and staying connected to the bigger picture.
We’re also excited to keep building bridges across the real estate ecosystem. One of our trusted partners, Condomonk, continues to lead the way in pre-construction listings and insights for buyers and investors across Canada. If you haven’t explored their platform yet, now’s a great time to discover what’s new!
Big thanks to the Schulich community for putting together such a dynamic experience. Until next time, we’ll keep the conversations going and the ideas flowing!
